Job Vacancy

Business Development Executive

(Pahang - Petaling Jaya/Kuantan)

Responsibilities: 

To conduct pre-sales business development and
     activities. 
To develop marketing and sales strategies 
To liaise, maintain a good relationship with existing
     and new customers 
To expand & explore new businesses for the company
     aggressive growth. 
Preparation of proposal, presentation of product,
     testing new sample for and as customers requirement and complain. 
Look into the customers's financial needs and introduce
     retirement products. 
Generate new businesses and achieve sales targets. 
Develop, determine and commit to sales target in
     respect of the assigned market segment the business plan and strategies. 
Plan appropriate strategies to identify new sales
     opportunities within the given markets in targeted business volume and to
     build strong relationship with clients. 
Responsible for seminar's presentation, sales planning
     and setting of objectives and goal. 
Perform financial analysis and research on companies
     and various industries globally.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher
     Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma,
     Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
     or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
     Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.

Required language(s): Chinese, English 
Good spoken and written English. 
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Team player with good interpersonal skills. 
Pleasant, motivated and number driven person. 
Able to work under tight datelines and pressure 
Possess own transport and able to travel extensively (
     outstation ). 
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged
     to apply. 
2 Full-Time, Part-Time and trainee position available. 
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold
     relevant residence status.

Monthly Incentive Payments other
than basic salary.
